There is growing expectation that North Korea is about to test a long-range missile.

The missile may already be fuelled and ready to launch.

Intelligence agencies have for weeks been closely monitoring a launch site for a Taepodong II missile, with the potential to strike the west coast of the United States.

Now there are reports the missile may have already been fuelled - a process that is difficult to reverse.

North Korea"s neighbours have urged it not to go ahead with a launch.

Japan"s Foreign Minister says if the test happens, and parts fall on his country, it will be considered an attack.

A Japanese newspaper has reported that North Korean state media has told its people to raise the national flag and prepare for a message on state television later this afternoon.

North Korea provoked controversy in 1998 with the launch of a smaller Taepodong I missile that flew over Japan and crashed into the Pacific Ocean.

Pyongyang said at the time it had launched a satellite.

Reports: North Korea tells citizens to expect message amid signs of missile launch

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) - North Korea has ordered its people to raise the country"s flag and tune in for a message on state-run television Sunday amid apparent indications that the communist nation may have fueled a long-range missile in preparations for a launch, news reports said.

North Koreans have been told to raise the national flag at 2 p.m. (0500 GMT) and watch a state message on television in the late afternoon Sunday, Japan"s conservative daily Sankei reported, citing unnamed Japanese government officials.

The move is possibly linked with the North"s missile activities, the paper said. South Korea"s Yonhap news agency, citing diplomatic sources in Washington, reported that satellite photos showed tens of fuel tanks at the launch site in North Korea and said there was a possibility the missile may have already been fueled.

"But, we cannot say this for sure,"" one unidentified source was quoted as saying by Yonhap, regarding the fueling of the missile. Other countries have urged North Korea to halt preparations for a test-launch of a long-range missile, after news reports said the North had loaded booster rockets onto a launch pad and could test-fire the missile as early as Sunday.

Japan and the U.S. may seek an immediate reaction from the United Nations Security Council if North Korea fires a long-range missile, according to a Japanese news report Sunday.

Tokyo and Washington agreed Saturday to ask the Security Council to get involved if the North test-fires a missile, Kyodo News agency reported from New York, citing unnamed diplomats from several countries including Japan and the U.S.

The moves also come amid an extended impasse at international talks on the North"s nuclear weapons program, which haven"t met since November. The North has said it has a nuclear weapon, but it isn"t believed to have a design that would be small and light enough to place on top of a missile.

One diplomat in Washington told Yonhap that the North Korean missile seems to be a Taepodong-2 missile _ its most advanced model, which is believed to have the capability to reach the United States with a light payload.

Another diplomat said Washington will employ "all measures"" in case of a test fire, but indicated it will closely monitor the missile"s track before taking any immediate action, according to Yonhap.

Pyongyang stunned Tokyo and other nations when it test-fired a ballistic missile over northern Japan in 1998. It claimed at the time that it was seeking to place a satellite in orbit.

The communist nation has been under a self-imposed moratorium on long-range missile tests since 1999. However, it has since test-fired short-range missiles many times, including two in March. - AP

대포동 미사일 발사와 함께, 드디어 나라가 위기의 상황으로 몰리고 있습니다.

빨갱이들의 6.15 광주 굿판은 결국 김정일의 미사일 발사를 기념하기 위한 전주곡이었던 모양입니다.

6월 20일, 온 나라가 한국-프랑스 전 월드컵 축구로 밤을 새고 있는 동안, 경기가 끝나고 곤하게 잠든 새벽시간, 먼동을 밝히는 햇빛처럼 미사일의 불꼬리가 미국을 향하는 순간, 이 나라는 빨갱이 천국으로 뒤집어질 모양입니다.

아직은 정확하지 않은 그 날, 언젠가 김정일이 미사일을 발사하는 그 순간, 그것은 세계가 숨죽여 기다리며 이제 염려하던 순간이지만, 그것은 기쁨의 순간이 될 것입니다.

북한은 전 주민들에게 오후 2시를 기해 인공기를 게양하라고 지시를 내렸다. 그리고 저녁에는 TV를 켜 놓고 조선민주주의 인민공화국에서 발표하는 보도를 지켜 보라고 했다. 오늘 북한은 대포동 2호를 발사할 모양이다. 그들은 대포동 1호를 발사했을 때도 인공위성 발사라고 주장하면서 주민들을 속이고 조선민주주의 인민공화국의 우주 공학의 발전에 대하여 대대적인 선전 선동을 한 경험을 가지고 있다.

미국도 일본도 동해 공해상에 이지스 함을 전진 배치해 놓고 있으나 북한이 발사하는 대포동 2호를 추적하여 요격할 수 없다고 한다. 왜냐하면 인공위성 발사를 방해했다는 억지를 늘어 놓을 것이 뻔하기 때문이다. 그렇게 되면 세계적으로 일본과 미국이 평화를 위한 인공위성을 요격하였다는 비난을 감수해야 하기 때문이다. 북한은 오늘 저녁에도 위대한 김정일 장군님의 지도로 우주공학 발전에 대하여 대대적인 선전을 할 것이다.

그러나 북한이 발사하는 대포동 2호는 인공위성이 절대로 아니다. 발사체의 최 상단에는 미사일 탄두가 장착되어 있다. 북한은 이미 궤도를 설정해 놓았다고 한다. 최 상단에 있는 미사일 탄두를 핵탄두로 교체하면 핵폭탄이 되어 일본은 물론 미국 본토까지 날아가게 되어 있다. 미국과 일본이 긴장하는 이유도 여기에 있다. 특히 일본은 북한의 미사일 탄두 발사체가 잘못되어 자신들의 나라에 투하 될 것에 아연 긴장하고 있는 것이다.

현재 상황은 연료 주입이 모두 끝난 상태라는 것이 전문가들과 정보 분석가들의 결론이다. 이제 발사하는 일만 남았고 북한은 오늘 오후를 그 발사 날로 삼았다. 변수란 것은 날씨 즉 기상상태라는 것이다. 기상 상태에 따라서 연기할 가능성도 배제하지 않고 있다. 이는 미사일을 추적하는 일과 관련이 있는데 오늘 무수단리 날씨는 구름이 낀 흐린 날씨라는데 별 문제 없다는 정보도 있다.

한국은 그의 안중에 없다. 사무총장이 무슨 생각하고 갔을까? "저 사람, 한국 대통령 맞아?"

2. 총리라는 한명숙도 북한을 위해 10일간 외국에 돈뿌리고 다녔다.

한명숙은 프랑스, 폴투갈, 독일, 벨쥼을 10일간 방문하면서 개성에 투자해 달라고 요청했다. 북한을 위해 그 비싼 외교비를 탕진하는 것이다.

4개국 지도자들과 공무원들, 뭐라 했을까? "저 여자 북한 총리야?"

3. 김대중이 광주 굿판의 팀장이 되어 빨갱이 잔치를 벌이고 있다.

1972년 일본에서 만난 빨갱이 동지라는곽동의를 불러들이고, 남한을 불바다로 만들겠다 협박하는 안경호 조평통 서기국장을 위시한 200명의 북한 빨갱이들을 불러들이고, 반국가 이적단체인 범민련과 한총련 1,000명을 끌어들여 대한민국을 허무는 굿을 하고 있다. 김정일이 기차타고 올라오라는 명령을 내려주기 바라는 마음에서 처절하게 보일만큼 별 짓을 다 하고 있다는 느낌이 든다.

이걸 보고 김정일이 뭐라 할까? "느끼하다 그만 됐다"

4. 이명박과 손학규는 북한을 위해 각기 200억씩 저축했다며 충성경쟁을 했다.

고건은 북한 산림을 가꿔주고 싶다 했다.

인천시장은 민족의 어르신에게 선물을 바치고 와서 영광스럽다 했다.

안양시장은 안양1번가를 제2의 평양시로 만들고 있다.

한국이 미쳐 돌아가는 것이다. 한국은 이래서 북한의 위성국인 것이다.
